These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Silioa (the "Site"), operated by Silioa ("Silioa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Silioa is

Silioa is a directory that connects consumers with Canadian farms. We are not a marketplace. We do not process orders, handle payments, facilitate transactions, or take commissions. All purchases happen directly between you and the farm.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site to find farms, read reviews, and contact farms directly. You agree to:

• Use the Site for lawful purposes only.
• Provide accurate information when submitting reviews or contacting us.
• Not harass, spam, or misuse the contact information of farms listed on the Site.
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute farm listings or data for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Farm listings & verification

We verify that listed farms have real, working contact information before publishing. However, "verified" does not mean inspected, endorsed, or guaranteed. Information about farming practices, products, and delivery is self-reported by the farms. We do not audit farm operations, animal welfare, food safety, or product quality.

You are responsible for asking farms about their practices, pricing, and policies before purchasing. Silioa is not responsible for the conduct of any farm or the quality of any product.

4. Reviews

Reviews are submitted by users and reflect their personal experiences. We moderate reviews before publishing and may remove content that is spam, abusive, off-topic, or potentially false. We do not guarantee that any review is accurate or representative.

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and display that review on the Site. You confirm that the review is your own honest experience and does not contain false or defamatory information.

5. Listings for farmers

Listing a farm on Silioa is currently free. We do not charge commissions on sales. We reserve the right to:

• Edit listing content for clarity, consistency, or accuracy.
• Remove or decline listings at our discretion.
• Change our listing policies, pricing, or features at any time.

Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information and for fulfilling any orders or agreements made with customers. Silioa is not a party to any transaction between a farm and a customer.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, review, or contact detail is current or accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silioa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any interaction with a farm listed on the Site. Your use of the Site and any transactions with farms are at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and original content are owned by Silioa. Farm names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
